Cake Show & Tell

Regular readers know that I like to show off the cakes we decorate at the bakery where I work.

Here’s a sample of what we’ve been up to.

I love doing baby cakes and this design has been very popular but I’ve never seen a request for this color combination before, purple and gray.

Requests for Christmas designs began in November.

This was the first of more than 300 yule logs we’ll make this month, I’ll be very tired of them by December 24th.

Notice the saw dust (toasted almond crumbs)

For these two cakes the customers brought in the toys for us to incorporate in the decorations.

Dylan got two Birthday cakes.
