Pork Chop Dinner
3 cups of uncooked noodles
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
6 pork rib chops, cut 1/2 inch thick
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
dash pepper
Cook noodles in boiling water just until tender; drain. Drain tomatoes, reserving 3/4 cup juice. Quarter tomatoes; stir into noodles along with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Place noodles in baking dish. Trim fat from chops. In skillet cook trimmings until 2 tablespoons of fat accumulate. discard trimmings. Brown the chops in hot fat. arrange chops over noodles, sprinkle with onions.
In a saucepan combine reserved tomato juice, bouillon cube, remaining salt, thyme and pepper. Cook and stir until bouillon is dissolved; pour over chops. Cover; bake at 350 until chops are tender about 1 1/4 hours. Makes 6 servings.
This would have been even better if I hadn’t over cooked the noodles.

There is no way those noodles would Not be overcooked after baking that long. Sounds good but dumb instructions. Not your fault.
